App license and purchase
When the YaYMiX iOS app is made available through Apple's App Store, its license is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the App Store product page clearly specifies another license. Optional YaYMiX Pro Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment, refunds and purchase restoration are administered through Apple and subject to applicable App Store terms.
Color estimates
YaYMiX recipe predictions, camera samples and palette detection are aids for experimentation, not guarantees of an exact physical color. Device cameras, illumination, substrate, pigment brand, paint age, surface finish and drying can affect results. Test a small amount first before using a suggestion on important artwork. The app is not a replacement for professional color-measurement equipment.
Content and trademarks
Your artwork and your own paint-box entries remain yours. YaYMiX, its website design and original materials belong to Zentura Labs LLC or their respective licensors. Brand names referenced in a catalog identify paints; they do not imply a partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Availability and changes
We may update the website, app features and these terms. If the app is not yet available in your region, this site does not promise a specific release date. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
